Location of the property was so close to a bus stop. Taste the food in Gallery Kitchen, you only need to walk 900 feet to reach it...

The hotel had a nice theme for Christmas decorations, and we enjoyed taking pictures in the lobby. There was a convenience store inside the hotel, which was very convenient for buying snacks and drinks. the shuttle to the park was reliable and efficient, and the proximity to the Disney parks made it easy to get there early.
The hotel was disappointing overall. There were only two elevators for the entire hotel, and they were slow and always crowded.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially when I had an injury. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the separate shower and toilet were convenient. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to the Disney parks, making it easy to get there.
